Can I customize my shirt?
Yes! You can customize with:
Name, number and special patches (championships, selections, etc.)
All this with the same quality and attention to detail you expect from a professional uniform.

When will I receive the tracking code?
We will send your tracking code by email within 7 business days after your order.
This time is necessary because our shirts are produced on demand by partner industries and only then shipped.

What is the delivery time?
Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Below are the estimated delivery times:
- Europe, United States, Canada, and Australia: 7 to 10 business days.
- Other countries: 10 to 15 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes! All purchases include 100% free shipping, no surprises.

What if I don't like the product?
Of course! You have 7 days after receiving the product to request a return or refund if you do not like the product or have any problems. We will refund 100% of the amount paid.
Attention: Customized products cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Is the site reliable?
Yes! Our website has an SSL certificate, a technology that encrypts all transactions. Shopify (a global e-commerce platform) is responsible for the transactions, and we never have access to your card number or other personal information. Your purchase is 100% secure.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order will be in production and shipping, and it will no longer be possible to cancel it. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.

Do you accept returns?
Personalized products (with name, number or patch) cannot be returned, unless they have a manufacturing defect. Therefore, please check the information carefully before finalizing the purchase. We are available to help with anything you need!

No! You will not pay anything extra beyond the amount already paid on the website.
