• The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with the tag intact.

• The product must be in perfect condition to be accepted.
• Exchanges can be made for an item of equal value or store credit for future purchases, according to your preference.
3. Defective Products:
• If the item has a manufacturing defect, the exchange will be made at no additional cost.
• In case of defects, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
4. How to Request an Exchange or Return:

• After reviewing your request, we will send you the return instructions.
5. Shipping Costs:
• If the return is due to a defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
• For other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
